Hi, I'm Sara - a NASM Certified Wellness Coach based in Canada; supporting women and men worldwide.

I specialize in helping those who are burnt-out, overwhelmed and tired of holding everything together - especially the folks with ADHD traits who feel like traditional wellness just doesn't work. I know how that feels, because I am one of those people;

I was tired of being tired and sick of being sick. 

Through personalized 1:1 coaching, I will help you rebuild your energy, create systems that actually support you, and shift the mindset patterns that keep you stuck in the "all or nothing" mentality.
